into their busy lifestyles.  With everything that Moms are responsible
for doing, how do they find time to take care of themselves?  What are
some helpful tips that Moms practice to live a healthy lifestyle?  If you
are a Mom that fits healthy living into your demanding schedule, or if
you are a Mom who is struggling with this, we want to hear from you!
Together, we can find ways to get Moms to take care of themselves

conditions (high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, other)?

If so, that is a special achievement, and we would like to hear from you
about how you keep yourself healthy!  Please fill out the form below

descriptive content.  If your entry is selected to be featured, we will
contact you.  We are looking forward to hearing about your great

Form for Moms Health
Dear Moms,

Thank you for taking the time to share your views on health and how
you make healthful living part of your extremely busy lives, or how you
want to, but are struggling to find a way.  It's a known fact that for all
that Moms do every second, minute, hour, which translates to days,
months, years and a lifetime, Moms too often take a back seat  
themselves.  We watch out for our loved ones with all our hearts, but
often forget about ourselves, or say we'll do it later or work on it.  This
is why we need to take time out and find out if we're making health a
priority.  If we are, that is a fantastic accomplishment and a right!  If
not, we need to find a way.  We owe it to ourselves and to our family.
