Online Consulting:
Consultation with a Registered Dietitian is an online monthly service
which includes an initial diet evaluation, consultation and weekly
communication.
***Please note: This service is only available to clients who do not
have any current health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes,
or any other chronic health problem. It is available for clients who
currently do not have a health condition but want to improve their
health, with the goal of reducing controllable risk factors for disease
and preventing illness. This service is ideal if:
- You are of normal, overweight or obese weight, without a current
health condition, and want to get healthier
- Have been advised by your physician that you need to lose
weight and gain healthier habits in order to prevent onset of
illness or reduce the risk factors you have for an illness like high
blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease.
- If you have a child who has been diagnosed as overweight or
obese by a pediatrician and seek nutrition counseling for your
child. The registered dietitian will also involve your child in the
consultation. If you are seeking consultation for yourself and
your child, it would be two separate transactions.
Please Note: This service does not provide therapeutic diet
consultations prescribed by a physician. For therapeutic diet
consultations, it is best to see a registered dietitian in a clinical
setting to assure accurate results and follow up.
Phone Consults:
Phone consults with a Registered Dietitian are available. An
individual phone consult is 30 minutes, or on a monthly basis which
includes four, 30 minute phone consults per month. After you sign up,
I will contact you to set it up.
